A.) Email us the specification and artwork for Quote. For Card Reseller, better price will be offered. If you need your card designed indicate this now, or email your artwork.
B.) We will send you proof for artwork approval. After confirmation, make payment by paypal or wire transfer (For order above $1000)
C.) Estimated turnaround time before shipping and after artwork approval is 6-8days Approximate Shipping Time:3-5 days. So once you make payment, you will receive your cards within 11 days.
International Couriers :
As per international standard import & export practice, Navkar Industry Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any import duty, import tax, customs fees or any other expenses levied upon delivery of any goods country. Such fees are the sole responsibility of the receiver to satisfy any cost associated with said shipment.
Artwork Requirement :
• We work on Mac and PC and we can receive artwork via Email, CD, DVD and ZIP.
• When you are supplying your own artwork, please make sure you follow the guidelines we provide, it will ensure that when we receive your artwork there will be no delays in proofing and production.
• We can take artwork created using the following software :
Adobe Acrobat(.pdf)
photoshop(.psd, .jpg, .tif)
Illustrator(.ai)
CoreIDraw(.cdr) (only PC)
• We will not accept artwork done in word processor packages (ie Word, Word Perfect), spreadsheet packages (ie Excel) or presentation packages (ie PowerPoint). If these are all that are available, we will need to re-create your artwork.
Before sending artwork, please check this list :
• Is there a color hard copy and/or a pdf proof?
• Have all fonts been supplied?
• Are all the pictures supplied?
• Have all the linked files been supplied?
• Are all the pictures in CMYK or spot colors? List colors. PLEASE NOTE, RGB FILES MAY NOT OUTPUT CORRECTLY.
• Are the images all Hi-Res (Min 300dpi)?
• Is there sufficient bleed around all edges (Min 3mm)?
• Magnetic Stripes, Signature Panels, Scratch Panels, Personalization, Vital Text and Graphics all need special attention when you are creating artwork, especially Barcode positioning and its requirements. If ever you are unsure, we are happy to guide you through the process or answer any questions.
• Straight copy text should be a light to medium weight. Reverse copy should be a medium to heavy weight and a minimum of 8 point. Fine and serif typefaces do not reverse well.
• Please do not adjust your files to trap. Our Prepress department will assess your files and determine the best values to trap your file with based upon our workflow and printing process.
• Provide the name and telephone number of the artist in case we have any questions, problems or need extra items supplied.
• Include a color print or PDF of the file and if possible, color laser separations, with the artwork.
• Include graphics (EPS, TIFF, etc) as separate files, even if embedded within other files.
• Include all fonts. We do not keep any fonts and will not substitute for missing fonts.
